How to Write Economics Papers

Back in 2010 I blogged on John Cochrane's writing tips. Here are the slides from Daniel Hamermesh's presentation on how to publish in a good journal. A lot of it is about how to write papers rather than specifically about getting into good journals. His advice is a bit more traditional than Cochrane's, I think.
